Healthy Coffee Frappuccino
1 cup rice milk (or almond, soy, or reg. milk)
Healthy squirt of Agave
1 tsp. vanilla extract
5 baby carrots
Small handful of spinach
4 tsp. instant coffee
1 to 1 ½ c. ice (depends on how cold and thick you like it)
Add ingredients as listed. Turn on variable speed one and increase to ten then turn on high. Blend 30 seconds. This is a fun way to have a cold coffee frap during the day and get some veges at the same time! Enjoy!
*This recipe has been written for the Vitamix 5200. If you are using a different Vitamix machine, you may need to make adjustments to the Variable Speed and/or processing time.
