(Prep time 2 min. Blend 25-30 seconds)
Agave (healthy squirt covering the flat of the blades)
Almonds (large handful)
Baby Carrots (handful)
Vanilla Extract (1 capful-about 1 tablespoon)
1 ½ tsp. Cinnamon
2 c. ice
Add ingredients as listed. Remove lid plug. Start on variable speed 1 slowly turning to 10 and then on high. Use tamper to blend together forming one color as the sorbet starts to peak forming four mounds in approximately 30 seconds. Stop Vitamix and serve immediately. The unused sorbet can be frozen for a sherbert texture treat.
