Blend on smoothie setting or high about 30 seconds or until creamy
A fabulous and Healthy Whole Fruit Margarita
2 large pieces of pineapple
1 whole lime (with the peel!) can remove nibby ends, and cut in half
sweetener to taste (approx 1/4 cup Agave) and or tequila
a few leaves of spinach to “color” it green
2 -3 cups of ice
Blend all ingredients pushing them into blades with your tamper (remember to keep the lid in place!). Go from a low to high speed as recommended, approx. 6o seconds or until desired consistency is reached
1/2 lemon (leave on 1/2 the peel)
1/4 cup sweetener (either agave or honey)
(optional) to make it a “creme” add 1/2 a banana
Fill ice up to handle (approx 3 cups)
Blend from a low speed to high, using your tamper until all ingredients are mixed and smooth (approx. 45 to 60 seconds)
Preparation: 3 minutes/processing: 5 minutes/yield: 24 cookies
*This recipe was written for the 5200 model. You can use your variable speeds on the other models where 10 is the high setting.
